Five Parts
The devotional is broken down into five parts that move from the character of God, the Creator, and His desire for relationship with mankind who are created in His image. It then discusses the words related to our problem, the need for the gospel. The largest section of the book explores Christ’s work in redeeming us from our sin and spirital dead. The fourth section shows the Holy Spirit’s work in salvation and then the book finishes by looking forward to the gospel being brought to completion on the day of Christ.
